Decent resort, some issues.

The location is excellent. It is close to all the amusement parks. The resort facilities seemed very good. The location felt secure.
The front desk staff seemed somewhat rude. It was obvious that they don't enjoy cute guests. My assigned room was in the farthest building. I waited a long time for assistance with my luggage.

The staff were very courteous. the convenience store and restaurant were very useful. the location was awesome, near disney parks, just a short drive away. our two-bedroom apartment was spacious. It had two bathrooms, the master bathroom included a jetted tub. My family enjoyed this feature a lot.
The carpet in the lobby wasn't very clean. I noticed some marks that seemed to have been there for a few days.

The poolside bar offers a variety of options including coconut shrimp. It was delicious! there is an on-site restaurant, very practical for quick meals. we found this added a lot of convenience to our stay!

the pools were warm and well-kept, a highlight for the kids! we enjoyed the arcade, a fun diversion in the evenings. easy parking was available, a plus for families with rental cars.

The staff was helpful and the grounds were well-kept.
I was not happy with the room condition. The furniture seemed old. The dresser tops looked scratched, and the dining chairs had multiple rips. The worst part was the BLACK MOLD I found growing on the wall in the laundry area!!!
